Refund Policy

Our “terms & conditions” are taken very seriously and will not be waived for any reason. If you place an order, or rent our extensions, you will have to agree to our terms & conditions which include our return policy. You will be required to check the box and agree to our terms & conditions before the checkout process. Please do not check the box if you have not read our “ terms & conditions” or in agreement with these conditions .

*Custom Extensions are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for any reason. More details are listed in our return policy.

Return Policy for Wefts:

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee so you can return or exchange any item for any reason (excluding custom extensions) that you purchase from us as long as you follow our guidelines listed below.

Customized Beauty prides itself on offering the best premium quality hair extensions this market has to offer . We do not accept returns or exchanges of any hair or product that have been worked , altered and or utilized due to sanitary purposes. Product / Hair must be returned in ORIGINAL condition.  

All refunds and exchanges must be requested via email info@customizedbeauty.ca ,within 3 business days of receiving your package. Please keep a copy of email , as this will serve as proof that you contacted us within the required time-frame. 

Once we receive a return or exchange request, a Customized Beauty representative will confirm receipt of request and will provide you with instructions link to our return form. You will have 3 business days to complete the return form and mail your item(s) back to us once us .

Refunds will take up to 2 business days to issue after we receive your item(s) back. If you paid by PayPal, the funds for your purchase will be available to you instantly once we process your refund. Credit card and debit card refunds typically take 2-5 business days before the funds are available to you after we process your refund.  This will depend on your bank and is something that we have no control over.

If our return policy is not followed in any way, no refund or exchange will be given. Items in violations of “terms & conditions WILL NOT be refunded.

We offer no Warranty or Guarantee: If you damage your hair extensions in any way, we are not responsible and will not refund or exchange them. Our Style and maintenance Guide is provided for our customers to guide them through the handling and caring for our hair extensions. Any substances or hair products that you, or any other person, places on the hair is out of our control. Please TEST all hair products before using. No hair products, washing, styling or wearing of any kind are allowed to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We are not responsible for hair extensions that have been damaged with hair dye. We can not accept extensions back that have been color dyed, under any circumstances ( altered in any way ) . 

Custom Extensions: Custom hair extensions are not refundable for any reason. This is noted on each custom made product. Any Custom Extensions that were purchased, and not customized yet, may be cancelled. There is a 25$ cancellation fee that will be deducted from your return-of-funds. Please be absolutely sure about your purchase before ordering any custom hair extensions.

Exchanges:

Please allow up to 2 business days for your exchange to be processed and shipped after we receive your item(s) back. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information just as you did when you first ordered.

We are not responsible for any special occasion or function you may be attending that requires you to have the hair extensions refunded or exchanged by a certain date. We can not speed our process of shipping exchanges or returning funds to your account.

When you qualify for a refund or exchange, we will only correct the transaction upon receiving the item(s) back to us. We can not issue refunds or send replacement item(s) before we receive the previous order back from you. There are no exceptions.

Shipping Exchanges

Please make sure to let us know if your shipping address has changed. Otherwise, your exchange will be shipped to the address you provided us with during your original purchase.

We will exchange your item(s) with no shipping charge on our end as long as you don’t require expedited shipping. We will issue up to 2 exchanges with free standard shipping to you. The cost of shipping the item(s) to us will be your responsibility. If you need more than 2 exchanges, we will require a shipping fee. We will issue as many exchanges as necessary until you have found your correct item.

Shipping item to us- (Wig maintenance Service )

We strongly suggest ensuring your parcel and following your parcel’s progress using the tracking number provided by your carrier. Because of the high volume of shipments we receive we cannot monitor incoming shipments.

Due to the rising number of lost and stolen packages, we recommend that you require a signature for delivery.

We cannot take any responsibility for an incoming package unless and until it is signed for by a CWC employee.

Can I cancel or make changes to an order?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into our processing program, and cannot be canceled or changed

 Back Orders and Turn around Time

If your order is placed on a back order, you will be notified before and after the time of payment. Back orders typically take two to ten days, but in special cases, fifteen business days to ship. You also have the option of canceling your order or proceeding. We will not process your order until we receive your decision. You will be notified via e-mail if your order is on back order. Once your order has been processed, you cannot cancel your order.
Unless specified differently by management, all orders are processed the following business day after clearance of payment.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number announcing that your order has been shipped. You may sign in to your PayPal account and you will have the ability to review all of your past orders placed with us. By clicking on the order number you will find specific details, such as order status, for that order.

What happens if an item I order is sold out?

Occasionally a tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. We will attempt to contact a client with information on out of stock items. We reserve the right to partially fill orders that contain out of stock products. If, no response is made the order for the sold out item will be placed and the item will be mailed out in 5-7 days once the hair is received

Where can orders be shipped?

We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. A confirmed address is one that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder. In most cases, when a buyer’s credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same, the address is considered confirmed.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Express (second day delivery with a additional fee) , with signature confirmation.

How long does it take before an order is shipped and received?

Upon confirmation of a cleared payment, orders are processed the same day if before 11am or at the latest the very next day. Orders are then shipped with an estimated delivery time of 3 – 5 business days for priority and 2 – 3 business days for express.

Can I pay by check?

We currently do not accept checks..
